Charges in shaken baby death
BLACKFOOT -- An area man faces involuntary manslaughter charges for allegedly shaking his infant son, resulting in the boy's death two weeks after the incident.
Ricardo Lopez-Santillan, 21, was originally charged with felony injury to a child after medical staff at Primary Children's Hospital in Salt See Shaken, A6 Lake City alerted authorities to report their diagnosis of shaken baby syndrome.
