POCATELLO — The Plant the Parking lot event will be Sept. 20 and 27 at the 300 Block of North Arthur Ave. in Pocatello. Volunteers are needed to work on design and landscapign improvements. The improvements bring new curbing, filtration system, interior landscape islands and landscaping beds surrounding the entire area. 

There will be two shifts on each day. The first shift will be from 9 a.m. to noon and the second shift will be from noon to 3 p.m. If you want to help, bring gloves, a small hand shovel or large shovel, cold water and snacks. If you would like to help, call Stephanie Palagi at 232-7545.
