Units to receive commendations

POCATELLO -- First Battalion, 148th Field Artillery, Pocatello; and the 938th Engineer Detachment, Driggs, will receive the United States Army Meritorious Unit Commendation Aug. 2 at 11 a.m. at the soccer fields east of the Bannock County Fairgrounds.

Both units were deployed to Iraq. The ceremony will include military vehicle displays, flyover of military aircraft, recruiting personnel and climbing wall. The public is welcome.
