Casino groundbreaking
FORT HALL - More than 100 VIPs, Shoshone-Bannock tribal members and special guests turned out for groundbreaking ceremonies of a new casino that will be located off exit 89 on Interstate 15 on the Fort Hall Indian Reservation.

In addition to the new satellite casino, Fort Hall Business Council Chairman Alonzo Coby said the new facility will include a convenience store, gas station, trucker's lounge and café.

The $3.5 to $5 million casino is being funded through the tribes' economic development fund.
