Hundreds of volunteers from Pocatello and Chubbuck will gather at the Old Town Pavilion on Saturday May 3rd to kick off Community Wide Clean Up Day. To start this annual day of cleaning up our communities, volunteers are invited to enjoy a hot breakfast of pancakes, sausages, juice and coffee. Breakfast will begin being served at 8:00am. Litter bags will be handed out at that time.

At 9:00am the Southeast Idaho Farmers Market will open their 2008 season. The Market will be open every Saturday from 9am to 1pm through the end of October. The Market expects a good growing year with plenty of plant starts, flowers, bedding plants, trees, fresh produce, and don't miss the hand made crafts.
All residents in Pocatello and Chubbuck are invited to attend the opening of the Farmers Market and the kick off of Community Wide Clean-Up Day.
