Stormwater permit in effect
POCATELLO - The Pocatello Urbanized Area federal stormwater permit is now in effect and will run for five years. It was established in December 2006.

Included in the permit are Pocatello, Chubbuck, Bannock County and the local Idaho Transportation Department district.

The report is available electronically at the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality, 224 S. Arthur Ave., Marshall Public Library, 113 S. Garfield Ave., Portneuf District Library, 5210 Stuart Ave., Chubbuck and Eli M. Oboler Library at Idaho State University. It is also available on the city Web sites for Pocatello, Chubbuck, the ITD and Bannock County.
