The Blackfoot Police Department is seeking help from the community in locating a missing person.

Carla L. Browne has been missing since Dec. 7. Carla has transient global amnesia. She functions normally but is not aware of how long she has been gone or how long she has been somewhere. Carla has been gone twice for extended periods in the last month. Once she was located in the American Falls area and the other she returned home on her own. It is unknown where she was the second time.

Carla, 66, is 5-foot-7 and 180 pounds. She has brown hair and hazel eyes. She has taken her car which is a blue 1996 Oldsmobile Cutlass with Idaho license plate 4B77786.
